HORSE RIDING PROGRAM ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & CONSENT FORM

Program Overview:

I, the undersigned, comprehend the diverse horseback riding programs at Kings Equestrian, including Casual riding, Dressage, Jumping, and associated workshops.

Risk Acknowledgment:

Moreover, acknowledging inherent risks like bruises, broken bones, and even death, I understand accidents may occur despite safety measures. Notably, incidents can involve horses bucking, stumbling, or gear issues, with potential risks from loosening saddles or bridles. It’s imperative that pregnant or immunocompromised individuals should consult a healthcare provider before participating.

Insurance and Emergency Procedures:

Furthermore, considering the school lacks insurance, I’ll secure private coverage. In case of emergencies, riders under 18 will be promptly taken to the nearest hospital. Granting consent for my (“RIDER”) to join programs, I explicitly recognize and accept the associated risks. Additionally, riders may use school vehicles, and I willingly accept these transportation-associated risks.

Consent and Transportation:

Simultaneously, by signing, I grant consent for my (“RIDER”) to enthusiastically partake in riding programs and workshops. Simultaneously, I comprehend and willingly accept inherent risks. Understanding that riders may be transported in school-owned vehicles, I willingly and knowingly accept associated risks.

Legal Guardian Responsibilities:

Lastly, as the legal guardian, I wholeheartedly agree to hold the school harmless from liability for the participant’s actions during trips, within legal limits. Moreover, I affirm my age and competence to sign this acknowledgment and permission.
